We had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was delicious and served with warm hospitality. Special mention to the manager on duty, Poh Gyi, who made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in to ensure we were comfortable. The service was very responsive and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. This is definitely a great spot for families — the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Highly recommend trying their desserts, especially the Daifuku and ice cream waffles — both were absolutely delightful! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We’re loyal Rakuzen customers and this branch is generally up to expectations. All the dishes were fresh and delicious. We enjoyed salmon sashimi, grilled fish, cold soba, grilled tofu, garlic fried rice and gyodon set. Interestingly, the a la carte chawanmushi is different from the type that came with a set. The former has prawn and scallop, while the latter is the usual basic chawanmushi. As our family member doesn’t eat prawn, it’s a tad disappointing that we couldn’t order the basic chawanmushi a la carte. Better service needed here. Overall, still recommended and will return for a quiet dinner.

For the price, Rakuzen is always solid. Staff here are good and competent. Today I had the steak don with wagyu, which was delicious. Now enjoying this great mochi ice cream
